June 3rd to August 16th, 2013
Kids look forward to our Daytona Beach Surf Camp all year long. We are a surf school that grew up surfing in Daytona Beach and Ponce Inlet. Our core values are instilled in our kids as we enhance their surfing skills, knowledge of their ocean environment, and surfing etiquette; especially when surfing down at the inlets and other crowded surf spots. Talk to any kid or parent that has ever been in our camp and see what they have to say. Our kids have a blast; literally every day is the best day of their lives. No other camp compares to the level of fun that is achieved at Pure Life Surf School.
A surfer's style is the same as their fingerprint, no one person having the exact same fingerprint. Each surfer has a unique set of abilities that differ from one another. Our summer program is tailored to your surfer, based on his/her surfing experience. Our program combines verbal coaching in and out of the water, demonstration of maneuvers, and individual critiques.
Parent to Parent We are the most professional and experienced surf school around. All of our instructors go through our comprehensive Pure Life Instructor Training Program.
Are instructors not only are incredible surfers, they are awesome role models as well. Your child's safety is our number concern, please rest assured that your child is always in great hands. Our reputation does proceed us.

TYPICAL DAILY SCHEDULE
9:00am Camp starts and we head down to the beach for yoga stretching
9:25am Kids head down to the water to surf! Training is done in and out of the water.
11:15am Lunch time fun time
12:00pm Back down to the beach for more surfing! Half Day Ends
1:25pm Students return to the park for showers and free play before pick up
2:00pm Camp ends
Note: We take water breaks/reapply sunscreen through out the day randomly
GROUPS
We do separate our kids into different levels and groups depending on their age and ability. Each week we have a new set of surfers and we change our groups accordingly.We select groups on Mondays. An example of our groups are below
Beginner Mini Groms Begginer Ages 7-10 yrs.
Beginner Groms Beginner Ages 11-15 yrs.
A-TEAM Advance surfers (all ages)
Intermediate surfers Grouped accordingly with advance instructors

FEAR FACTOR
Some surfers' comfort levels vary. We always make sure our surfers are safe and comfortable. We have a Fun Factor of a 10 out of 10 and a Fear Factor of 1 out of 10. We generally have small waves all summer, and would never put our surfers in dangerous ocean surf.

BAD WEATHER
We take shelter under this pavilion in case of bad weather during camp.
In case of anticipated bad weather such as a tropical storm we will cancel camp for that day. Your child will be issued a make-up day for anyday during summer camp. If they are unable to make-up a day, a prorated refund will be issued. It rarely happens, but we can't control the weather.
REQUIRED UNIFORM RASH GUARD $15
Our Pure Life Surf School rash guard uniforms are bright neon green. This allows us to easily identify all of our campers at all times. Kids receive their uniform rash guard on Monday when they start camp. The one time $15 fee can be paid when signing your surfer up online or on the Monday when they start. Kids keep their rash guards and they can be used for other weeks in the future.

LUNCH
Parents pack lunch Monday to Thursday. Fridays give your camper $10 for lunch, drink, and tip. We go to nearby restaurants on Fridays to celebrate our week of accomplishments and memories. A menu is handed out to your camper so they can select their food and drink choices. We have our food preordered, prior to our arrival. Parents are welcome to join, but will have their own tabs.
Want to try out Attend camp for one full day at $75. If you decide Surf Camp? to stay for the full week, the $75 will be applied
toward the weekly rate.
