Cancellation Policy

There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have to cancel your surf school reservation our policy is as follows:

Summer Surf Camp

  1. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS, ONLY SURF SCHOOL CREDIT.
  2. Should you need to cancel your child’s summer camp more than 7 days from the date your child’s summer camp week begins, you are able to receive 100% back as a credit to be used within 1 year from the date of refund.
  3. All cancellations and rescheduling on your part must be made at least 7 days before your child’s summer surf camp begins for a full refund. If you need to cancel If you cancel within 24 hours of your camp, you will be charged 100% of camp cost. no exceptions, no credit refunds.
  4. Participants that do not show up to their camp without calling to cancel, will be charged in full for the camp, no exceptions.
  5. If there are dangerous wave or weather conditions, we may cancel the day and issue a pro-rated refund credit for the day missed. No cash refunds will be given. Safety is always our main concern.
  6. All Cancellations must be confirmed with a Pure Life Surf School staff member.
  7. If your child misses a day of camp there will be no make-up days given. Extenuating circumstances will be considered and have to be approved by management.
  8. If you are not satisfied with Pure Life Surf School and would like a refund, a partial or full refund may be given on a case by case basis.
  9. In case of anticipated severe weather conditions, such as a hurricane or tropical storm, Pure Life Surf School will not host camp on the anticipated days. If dangerous or prolonged weather is expected, camp will be canceled and parents will be notified at least one hour prior to camp. Campers will receive a pro-rated refund credit. No cash refunds will be given. On days where educational trips are substituted for surf lessons, no refunds or camp credit will be given.

BY PARTICIPATING IN SURF LESSONS OR SURF CAMP YOU HAVE AGREED TO TERMS IN THIS POLICY

Surf Lessons

  1. Group & Private Lessons- all cancellations and rescheduling on your part must be made at least 3 days before your lesson for a full refund. You will receive 50% of the lesson cost if you cancel within 3 days of your lesson. If you cancel within 24 hours of your lesson time, you will be charged 100% of lesson cost. no exceptions
  2. Participants that do not show up to their lesson will be charged in full for the lesson, no exceptions.
  3. Surf lessons will still operate giving most wave conditions. We do not conduct surfing lesson when lightening is around. If there are dangerous wave or weather conditions, we will try to reschedule your lesson or refund you 100% for the lesson if you are unable to reschedule. Safety is always our main concern. We wish would could control the waves and weather 🙂
  4. Participants that do not show up to their lesson or camp will be charged in full for the lesson and or camp, no exceptions.
  5. All Cancellations must be confirmed with a Pure Life Surf School staff member.
  6. If you are not satisfied with Pure Life Surf School and would like a refund, a partial or full refund may be given on a case by case basis.
